Project management

Education and training – training needs analysis, commissioning programmes, evaluating projects and courses
Events – for 5 to 500 people, conferences, exchanges
Publications – print and online, writing, editing, production and dissemination
IT projects – databases, web sites, e-learning

Technology and systems should work for us, not the other way round.
I offer a plain English approach to using technology and providing efficient solutions to your project needs.

I have 25 years’ experience of managing events and publications, and 15 years in IT for education, management and marketing with the Association for Learning Technology.

At Health Education England Thames Valley I manage education projects in Long Term Conditions, the Care of Older People and End of Life Care. In 2009 I completed a training needs analysis for the Oxon & Bucks Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust (now Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust).

I worked with the JISC SSBR team, supporting innovation projects across England in the lifelong learning sector, and evaluated the 2010 ELT Seminar Series for the Higher Education Academy.

Other clients include Oxford University Computing Services, where I evaluated Open Educational Resource (OER) projects under the OpenSpires programme.
