Education & training

Learning is a joy for me, and I share that enthusiasm in my training. My specialisms are:

Communication in dementia care – helping carers and health practitioners to be more confident, resilient and compassionate

Person-centred care bringing theory into our daily practice

Mentorship – for groups or one-to-one tuition

In addition I can advise on cost-effective procurement and evaluation of e-learning.

What participants say about my training:

  • “motivating… encouraging”
  • “what could have been a boring topic was made interesting and engaging – thank you!”
  • “challenging and provocative”
  • “lively and engaging facilitator”

Recent clients include Health Education Thames ValleySouth Central Ambulance Service and Serendipity Coaching.

I am an Associate Lecturer in the Faculty of Health & Life Sciences at Oxford Brookes University, supporting Public Health courses, and teaching mentoring, leadership and action learning.
